Every stamp. Every standard. Every audit trail.
We hold four ASME stamps, ISO 9001 certification, and operate to API, TEMA, EJMA, and B31.x standards. This page lays out the dossier in full.
Two active stamps.

From RFQ to dispatch on one procedure.
Our ISO 9001 QMS aligns with the audited requirements of our ASME Authorized Inspection Agency. Every product moves through a documented procedure from RFQ to delivery.
The shop is set up for continuous TPI.
Hold-point and witness-point management is built into our ITP. Inspectors from any of the agencies below are accommodated as a standard part of the production schedule.
In-house NDE across eight methods.

Procedures qualified across five material families.
We maintain over 200 qualified WPS / PQR combinations covering carbon steel, low-alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex, and nickel alloys.
What every MDR contains.
A complete dossier ships with every vessel. Compiled in the client's template, cross-referenced to the weld map and signed by the TPI.
